Shipping policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed and imprinted at our US facility within 5-7 business days of proof approval.

Delivery Time: Standard delivery to the continental United States takes approximately 2 weeks from the date of order, including production and shipping time.

Free Shipping: Orders over $500 ship free to the continental United States.

Standard Shipping: Orders under $500 ship for a flat rate of $29.99 to the continental United States.

Non-Continental US: Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories is available at additional cost. Please contact us for a quote.

International Shipping: We do not currently ship internationally. We plan to offer international shipping in the future.

Breakage Protection: We include a 5% overage on every order at no additional charge to account for any pieces that may be damaged during shipping. If more than 5% of your order arrives damaged, we will replace the damaged pieces at no cost.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Wedding Timeline Recommendation: We recommend placing your order at least 4-6 weeks before your wedding date to allow adequate time for production, shipping, and any unforeseen delays.
