Refund policy
100% Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will work with you to make it right.
Damaged Items: If any items arrive damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace damaged items at no cost to you.
Order Errors: If we make an error in your imprint (misspelling, wrong design, etc.), we will reprint and reship your entire order at no cost.
Customer Errors: Because all items are custom-imprinted, we cannot accept returns for errors in the information you provided (names, dates, spelling). Please review your digital proof carefully before approving.
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled.
Digital Proof: You will receive a digital proof for approval before production begins. Changes to your proof are free and unlimited. Once you approve the proof, we begin production.
